# Configure GSuite/Gmail How to add and configure Google suite for email warming. We have 2 integration options available for Google mailbox. The first option uses Google's one-click integration but does have a minor limitation. The second, which uses SMTP and IMAP, is fully featured and has no limitations. ## Option One: One-click integration. One-click integration is now available. Please note that due to restrictions on the google APIs, a few features like tracking replies are not available. Use option 2 if you want better analytics.\ \ To add your Google Workspace: 1. Go to 2. Generate a unique password for Murlist.com **and use this as the password for the SMTP and IMAP.** If you have [Two Factor Authentication (**2FA**)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-factor_authentication) enabled for your account, then instead of the account password you need to generate a unique password for Murlist. ### Here is a step-by-step guide on setup passwords for 2FA. 1. Go to your [Google Account](https://myaccount.google.com/). 2. Select **Security**. 3. Under "Signing in to Google," select **App Passwords**. You may need to sign in. If you don’t have this option, it might be because: 1. 2-Step Verification is not set up for your account. 2. 2-Step Verification is only set up for security keys. 3. Your account is through work, school, or other organizations. 4. You turned on Advanced Protection. 4. To get MurList warm to work with Microsoft 365, there are a few things that you need to change from the admin center. Here are the steps to complete the process: ### Configuration details: **SMTP:** \ Host: outlook.office365.com\ Port: 587\ Username: your email\ Password: your password\ \ **IMAP**:\ Host: outlook.office365.com\ Port: 993\ Username: your email\ Password: your password ## Step One: * Click on settings. * Then click Admin Center. * Then click show all within the admin center. * Then click Azure Active Directory * Then scroll down find the properties tab ## **Step 2: Adjust Admin Properties** Within the admin properties section, you will need to Enable Security defaults to No. To do this click "Manage Security Defaults" then click No within the right hand slider window. SendGrid has a pretty straightforward and standard SMTP configuration.

So you will need the IMAP of another mail provider like Google, Zoho, AWS Workmail, etc.\ A general rule is to use the IMAP of where you receive replies to your emails but we place no restrictions on this. Here are the configuration details for Yahoo Mail email warmup. **Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server** * Server - *imap.mail.yahoo.com* * Port - *993* * Requires SSL - *Yes* **Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server** * Server - *smtp.mail.yahoo.com* * Port - *465* or *587* * Requires SSL - *Yes* * Requires authentication - *Yes* **Your login info** * Email address - Your full email address () * Password - **Generate App Password** * Requires authentication - *Yes* Notice the password says "Generate App Password". This is means that you have to create a unique password to authenticate Murlist. This is pretty easy to do and involves just a few steps. 1.
